Good Natter is a small service that phones people for a friendly chat with Sam, an AI friend. Here's what happens to your information, in plain English.

What we keep

• Your first name, phone number, best times to call and anything you tell us on the sign-up form.
• Short notes Sam keeps so it remembers what you've chatted about (like your dog's name).
• Call transcripts.
• Texts you send to the Good Natter number.

Who handles it

Calls and texts go through Twilio. The voice and conversation are handled by AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Deepgram or ElevenLabs) to make Sam work. We don't sell your details or use them for marketing.

Your choices

• Text STOP at any time and you won't be called or texted again.
• Ask Sam to forget something and it will.
• Ask for a copy of your information, or for it all to be deleted.
